ZOPPA & BODHI

Hi Elizabeth,

I wanted to give you an update and pics on our two precious doodles, Zopa (2/21/16, 22 pounds) and Bodhi (10/18/16, 30 pounds).

They are happy, well, and enjoying life here in Southern California. Both go to work with me at my private practice and even have their names listed on the office nameplate with the title, “canine assistants.” Our clients love having them there and the doodles love their work.

Zopa continues to be a very patient girl. She is extremely smart and easy to train. She is also a natural athlete and hunter. She has fun chasing butterfly shadows and lizards. We recently began agility course training with her to keep stimulating her desire to learn. She is obsessed with playing fetch and her coat is so soft that no one minds her demands for petting. She is very observant and tuned into people in the room. Her favorite activity besides fetch is playing with Bodhi.

Bodhi is our social butterfly. He loves everyone on two legs and four paws. His exuberance is amazing to watch and has no bounds. Everyone is drawn to his looks and fluffy coat but fall in-love with his joyful energy. Although he regularly checks in with us and his sister at the dog park and dog beach most of his time is spent socializing. He doesn’t play fetch when people and dogs are around to play with. However he will play fetch at home – mostly because he wants to be involved in whatever Zopa is doing. He loves meal times, treats and licking peoples ears. His favorite thing is playing with Zopa and pulling her ears when she is bringing the ball back.

These two have brought so much joy to our lives.  Even though we haven’t had them very long we cannot imagine not having them in our lives. Everywhere we go they behave well and are a big hit.

Thank you for our two best pets ever!
