OUR WORKING SERVICE & THERAPY DOGS
Rutlands Chalet “Maggie”
Rutlands Chalet retired from our breeding program at age 4. She will leave her mark in many ways, through her offspring that carry her same high intuition, intelligence and qualities that she was purposely bred for, they too will make great service and therapy dogs.
“Chalet now serves as a therapy dog. After quickly adapting to a new urban lifestyle in Southern California, Chalet now spends many hours fetching at the dog park and the beach along with countless day trips. She is very popular with people of all ages–getting lots of attention for her looks–and is a loyal companion with an innate ability to read people’s emotions. In addition, she has a great personality and keeps her new owners laughing and smiling. Thank you!”
Rutlands Chalet was originally imported from Australia from the original Australian Labradoodle foundation lines carrying the unique purebred Irish Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier infusion.
Country Rutlands Troubadour
Country N Rutlands Troubadour was born to be a service dog. Troubadour retired to a higher calling, to serve and make a difference in the life and family of Beth in September 2012. He is the epitome of what this breed was bred to do and so much more, his greatness will continue in our program through his offspring.
Buddy has gone home and started his training to be a hearing alert dog for Catalina. We knew that this puppy was special from a very early age. He has all the intuition, focus and a bit of an edge that will make him a great hearing alert dog for Catalina. Please visit the link above and learn more about how you can help. We are very proud to be able to make a difference with our dogs.
