Hi Elizabeth,

It’s been a while since we last emailed, and I wanted to provide you with an update on our dog “Uva.” She was born on 5.25.15 and I believe her parents were Country Jupiter King and Ruler & Heartlands Ruby Redd Lucy. I can’t believe she will be 2 years old next month! She has turned into an amazing dog.

She is extremely intelligent. When we brought her home, she learned the “sit” command within 24 hours and “down” within 1 week. She is treat motivated, and loves to add new tricks to her repertoire: shake, spin, high five, crawl, walk backwards, ring a bell, etc. Her favorite activity seems to be agility training, which we complete weekly. Uva also loves going to the beach. She loves to lay on the edge of the water, until the wave hits her and startles her, then she lays back down until the next wave crashes into her and the process repeats. She is also very playful, has adorable mannerisms and LOVES people.

Our family loves Uva more than words can describe. We feel SO lucky to have her as our dog. She has an amazing temperament and truly is the perfect dog. We’re pretty active on social media, so if you want to see photos and videos of our hiking, agility, beach days, etc. check out her page at
